I'm looking for something closer to 4 panel. I dunno if SM is on iOS, but if it is my iPod isn't jailbroken.

There was a StepMania clone for iOS/Android called TapMania. I was looking it up to see if it was still available, but it must have been taken down. Bummer...

As I was searching, I saw a bunch of bootleg DDR games while scrolling through the results, but they look crappy. I wouldn't recommend those.

I have an Android phone, but only 3GB of hard drive space so no dice there. I dunno if i'm going to like Reflec Beat. Then again I think I love DDR too much lol.


Sorry I don't have a Mac or know any one with a Mac. I'm more so a PC kind of guy. So no dice there either, but thank you for the consideration.

BeatX doesn't take up too much space and the simfiles themselves can be small depending on what you leave for each song. You should test it.

And the best part is, it supports controllers. So, if that Android phone that you have supports MHL or video output over HDMI with minimal lag, you could theoretically play DDR with a pad from your phone or a Bluetooth controller.

I actually have many gen files and the DDR S+ (US) IPA file its easy to install and add tracks too.

I want those .gen files, please share them!!!

Be sure to NOT update your device to iOS 11 in the future because any 32-bit app will not work on them.

I have an Iphone4, but the games doesn't install, I have DDRS+ and dance wars but they can't be installed bad luck, I wanna port those games

I've purchased the app before so I just need to reinstall DDR S+ from app store.

It's been discontinued for quite some time, plus there have been instability issues with later versions of iOS. If anything, you're going to either resort to installing the app by connecting your iPhone to your computer and using iTunes (if you still have the app on there), or by jailbreaking it.

Either way, good luck, but I personally would not recommend it.

It would have to be jailbroken as I've never had the app previously.

I just got a GPD WIN (a palmtop computer) and installed SM to that and configured it. It's literally a Win 10 PC, about the size of a Nintendo DS, with controller built right in. You'll want a microSD card of decent capacity to go with it, though; and TBH, I did a minimal song install (just tracks I'd be sure I already play plenty without getting bored of). Since I work a shit-ton, about half of my DDR/StepMania time takes place during breaks and lunch there, sometimes on the bus to and from.

although giving out genfiles would be illegal because i paid at least 80 dollars in dlc for this game

thats why im not giving up, i bought an ipad mini with a 32 bit processor running ios 9.3.6 or 9.3.7 and i can easily jailbreak it down to 8 for better preformance but i wanna see if the app installs first, i have it on two ipod touches (4th gen) and they both have my dlc content becuase i extracted the ipa with ifunbox and installed it with impactor

I just got my ipad mini first gen today and i can confirm that i have succesfully installed ddr s+ on it and i moved all of my dlc over with i funbox, the resolution is a bit wonky but i can change it with a cydia repo package
