Introduction
I started playing DDR with Ultramix 2 and Extreme US in 2005
This category was created 2007-09-11.
I started creating edits on the Playstation 2 games, manually typing them into stepmania to upload to this website.
The first three simfiles I uploaded to my category were Genie In A Bottle, Paranoia, and Un Deux Trois. The option to hide simfiles was not available when I deleted the simfile ID for Un Deux Trois from my category.

The Edit Mode in the consoles had their limitations. The notes only went down to 16th notes and would not allow you to combine triplets with 8th/16th notes. It was practically impossible to create playable edits for songs such as Fascination Maxx, Chaos, and Bag.

I first created edits for Single Play.
I then created edits for Doubles Play as I started to play Doubles.
Around 2021, I started to touch up my edits and include doubles edit to some songs.

My simfiles are based on the official files. To consider those with storage limitations, you can download my simfiles and delete my edits if you did not enjoy and be left with the official data.

Reload From Disk counts as an Undo button.

I work in sections. That Reload button is the devil to me. I've had so many times where I reloaded to find out that I erased all of the work I've done up to that point. It's aggravating.

I'm glad you like the edit, though I don't see how you like the beginning. Playing it by ear will grant you the Perfects but when you turn on assist tick, it shows that it's off sync with what it's supposed to going to. Like I mentioned on the sim's comments, I'll have to go back to it and fix it when I have the time.

so silent, do you use Stepmania to make the edits? Because (i would say sometime) this summer i plan on re-editing songs (some i may re-edit for "fun" and others i will re-edit for the "freestylers")

I mean, i would like to use Stepmania to make my re-edits and everything, but i just don't have the time for it (i say summer because by then i would graduate and have ALL the time in the world to do them =D )

I tried to emphasize the bass at the end of the edit but I decided not to as it repeats three times and having it stick out is once enough for the edit.

Mostly it was the offbeat stuff and the 16ths that messed me up.

Black was a terrible choice for the font color, I shouldn't have tried it. I'll try to figure out how to change the font tonight.

I think it's the thickness of the font. It's thick enough that the different parts of the digits are barely separated, and blend together. I'm going to try changing the shadow to white, see what happens.

So.......... I deleted 1/3 of my Extreme2 edit libray, 1/4 of my SuperNova edit library and 3/4 of my SuperNova2 edit library. That's what I've been doing instead of updating. A lot of my charts got the axe because I found them to be forced in diifficulty.

I'd appreciate it if you didn't as I'm not done going over the libraries. I've deleted them so that I can start the edits from scratch as those old edits were the Heavy charts with more steps added to it So please don't send that crap out to people behind my back.

No updates this week or the last as I've been going back through those libraries and weeding out the crap that needs to be redone. And I'm going through that phase where I really don't feel like playing DDR. I'll update next week with some new simfiles and hopefully re-upload some more new ones.
