| Comments | To cap off my Summer Contest journey this year, I'm doing what I think has never been done before in a Zenius contest: I commissioned a song to write a chart to. Seriously insane people strategy. I have to emphasize that I NEVER spend money on any sort of commission, much less an entire music track from an artist whose music I used to dunk on. This is absolutely gonna be a one-time only thing, and what better time to go completely unhinged than now? Yes, this song is by Karl. Yes, he has improved so, so admirably. And yes, this is hi-tech. By Karl of all people! Actually, scrap what I just said. It's hi-tech, djent AND symphonic hardcore. Also, I may have lied a bit when I said "an entire music track." See that real odd difficulty distribution that would make a certain western EDM stepper mald? That's cause I took advantage of a nifty little feature called split audio... there's actually three of them.  In other words...  You'll want to play all three of those 17s for this file - every single one of them offers something different and unique specific to its version of the song. It's been a pleasure playing with you all... and best of luck in this final week. Anything can happen! |

Behind everyone's backs.
I came back from the dead.
I may be out of VIP, but you're all still gonna listen to three original songs from a guy whose music typically makes a certain GOAT mald.
Shoutout to tak for coming up with the concept in the first place. The EVOLVED series but revolving around the way different genres are fused together, you could think of this as. I already was doing a lot of metal and symphonic stuff. And knowing how fiercely tak will defend lapix against the opinions of yellow profile pic men and German denpa stans, seems like no better time than now to see if I can figure out how to make a decent hi-tech track.
So, which do you prefer? Are you into DJENTY SYMPHONIC HI-TECH? Or would you rather have SYMPHONIC HI-TECH DJENT? Or are you more of a HI-TECH DJENTY SYMPHONY guy? Whichever of those three you want, I got u.
