Very nicely done!
I opened the music in a wave editor and came up with the following times for the last few beats: 99.618, 99.863, 100.109, 100.349, 100.628, 100.9008, 101.272. Based on that I suggest 0=256,386=246,389=215,391=165 for the tempo changes.
