is on measure 3, after the music starts.

The Double Basic chart has an immediate right note on the left pad before the song begins. Is this present in the official version, or was this a transcription error?

Funny story: The single Heavy chart was rated an 8 for some reason when I downloaded this song 6 months ago. I decided not to correct it, though, because that seemed like a more accurate rating.
