Here's a link that tells you what happened to them (I do not own this video): The only thing that I know is that Gunter Grossholz made this animation at college in the Baden-Wuerttemberg university. To make a whole category private, there's a button on the very bottom of the simfile category page called Make Private. For individual simfiles, check the Private checkbox while editing them to make them private.

If you're planning to re-release the simfiles after you remove them, maybe consider making them private instead of deleting them. You don't have to, though. It's just my suggestion.
