| Comments | I was living music planet. Someday, My friend Bidulz is coming to me There's a saying that electronica, particularly trance, is the inheritor of classical music. One of my many favorite things about rhythm games is how classical remixes have brought some of the greatest tracks of all time to two generations, now - mine and yours! For those unaware, O2Jam was originally a Korean F2P online rhythm game chock full of fantastic music by a wide variety of artists. Several of these artists - most famously, SHK (Death Moon, Identity) and Brandy (Cross Time) - later made the leap to more modern games. BeautifulDay was an amalgamation of numerous artists that helped make up the bulk of the music in O2Jam, and while most famous for V3, also composed a whole bunch of other great remixes - including the ever-popular Fantasie-Impromptu, reimagined as Electro Fantasy. The SHD (Super Hard) version was of the most challenging boss songs in the game's early lifespan. Other people grew up and got better taste in music, but I still have tremendously fond memories of the game (and particularly this song!), so it felt like a great choice for my first try in a Zenius contest.
