I solved the video issue, added a background and a banner. Download, unzip, replace the old folder and you are good to go.

I downloaded the ZIP file but only the hard and challenge difficulties are showing up. How can I fix that? Using Outfox BTW.

Minor complaints - the zip file isn't updated with the new .sm. The .sm files (both new and old) have the `BGCHANGES` listed as `APT.mp4` whereas the filename is `APT..mp4`, and while I don't know what most StepMania versions do, I can say OutFox can't find the right video.
Still, thanks for stepping new songs! Not enough recent top 40 showing up on z-i-v lately
