It's that I don't have a PC, that's why I play on beatX (StepMania Android) and in that application the .ssc does not work, it only recognizes .sm and .dwi

I discontinued using .sm files. You can open the .ssc in ArrowVortex (or StepMania possibly) and save it as a .sm.
