well, it's the end of the contest. honestly, im surprised i made it past round 6 considering some of my circumstances (thank you old computer for dying mid-contest). this song is one of the most underrated in pop'n peace imo. it's really good, and REALLY good for stepping. although the song has really complex rhythms and time signatures, the rhythms are repetitive (in a good way), meaning that you will eventually get the hang of the rhythms as each repeat in each section goes on. i am really proud of how i was able to almost perfectly match the steps to the song, not just in terms of the rhythms, but the repetition, the high notes, and even the panning of the guitars. i really hope this doesn't turn out to be another pique situation where my final round file drastically underperforms, but it's a bit of a risky file (but not as risky as a couple of my other files this contest lol). despite how it performs, i am really happy with my performance overall in this contest. i got my highest scoring file so far, and i even won an entire week (except that i was in the chambers). good luck to everyone else this week, i am really excited to play your files!!
