Ahh yes. The classic Karl 19.

...Idk, I wish I could come up with some clever simfile description this time, but I am sleep deprived right now, just like I was with last year's !CAUTION! small but deadly. Sooo let's talk more seriously about this file than I did my other nine files so far.

For some reason, my brain makes a connection between ITG tech and snare drum rudiments. Probably because of one tech motif and one drum rudiment that both share the same name and share the same concept I guess. And that's basically the inspiration. Thus, a track with a marching snare in the forefront. Oh, and add a symphony orchestra, because what level 19 chart worthy song is complete without it?

....Oh you want to practice your rudiments tech before getting to the 19? Don't worry, I got you. Of course my way of going above and beyond with the theme is actually not getting all 210 points possible on CSP, BUT, instead there's tech in all five charts. Yes, even the bSP 3, hopefully I made the least boring beginner 3 anyone will ever see. Or not. Who am I kidding, there are people who make better bSPs than me I would presume.
