This is excellent. I don't even particularly like the song, but this was very well done and makes me slightly more fond of the song.
One thing I do wonder - even though it's novice / 1 foot, there are a bunch of patterns where the music strongly asks for 1.5 beats between steps, not 2 beats. Starting with measure 24, for example
