CommentsYou thought this theme of 2D will be difficult for me to select a song? You assume that I will attempt to sell out (or give in) to the vocaloid/vtuber/denpa etc. artists, & try to be like many other steppers currently (Kirakira Station doesn't count, nostalgia for songs at that time/depends on the situation). However, I strive to try and be unique from the rest of the pack. Eurodance comes in many forms, and this theme has allowed me to step anime opening's/endings/music from across Europe. Let's get straight to the point, this track, Kampfe Sailormoon, translates to "Fight Sailor Soon" and is by the German group Super Moonies from 1998 that was used as the 2nd opening to the German version of Sailor Moon. It was also released as a single, charting in the Germany Top 100 for 5 weeks (peaking at #58), and the Austria Top 40 for 4 weeks (peaking at #20). A name for a Sailor Moon fan is "Moonie" hence, Super Moonies. The act includes Bianca "Kisu" (Japanese for kiss) Hanif, the main singer wearing a black and white sailor uniform, backup dancers Gabriela Gottschalk cosplaying as Salior Moon plus Jascha Anantaponge cosplaying as Tuxedo Mask. Together, they produced 3 albums which charted in Germany & Austria (The first even reaching #5 at one point). This group also had an association with fellow German Blümchen, sharing the same type of music (Blümchen was branching out from Happy Hardcore genre around the time), chorography (Kris Mohfanz is the chorographer), and the females even appeared in one of Blümchen's music videos (Ist Deine Liebe Ech). Hope this could be the Alice story like in week 9 of last year, & ForcedNature/Kekkle, you asked for this. What did you expect me to step for this week (could also be a question to other steppers as well)? Also, is the volume too quiet, or is it just right?
