| Comments | DDR XXTREME was created to celebrate the upcoming 20th anniversary of DDR EXTREME. However, that's not the only milestone anniversary in the realm of BEMANI in 2022. It's also the 25th anniversary of BEMANI itself, as the first beatmania game was released in September of 1997. So, I knew I had to include a song from the OG beatmania as a new BEMANI Crossover for DDR XXTREME. And of the few OG beatmania songs that have not appeared in DDR, this one is the most iconic. Happy 25th anniversary, BEMANI, and here's to 25 more great years! |
