| Comments | Higher difficulties have tech of lower difficulties unless stated otherwise. Beginner - 16th notes: no notes with only 16th spacing but there are 16th notes. 8th jacks. Basic - 16th notes Difficult - mines, 16th drills and 24th burst, 8th crossovers, footswitch, forced doublestep, 16th mini-jack, 180 turn Expert - arrows are 99% same as Difficult level, only difference is added knees (hands but try to use your knees if you can because Bruno does it) Challenge - 24ths, skittles, 16th jacks, 16th crossovers, 16th forced doublestep, 24th step jumps Edit - removed knees, more skittles, more 24ths, roll Kneepads recommended for Expert and above. Note that the song BPM is quite slow (82), so the above tech isn't as scary as it sounds. Recommended to CMod the Basic, Difficult, and Edit levels to see clearly the steps at 20.5 BPM. More Bruno Mars coming soon. His songs are really fun to chart and for some reason, it sounds like a human drummer but the BPM is incredibly constant. Custom ZIP has all required files. Note speed used to be slowed down to 1/8th, now at 1/4th. Added Edit version which is the Challenge version without the kneeling... Replaced it with a lot of 96ths (actually 24ths) instead, so it's not necessarily easier! Update: Removed 16th jumps. Too spasmic even at this bpm. Just 16th mini-jacks now. Drastically slowed down the note speed at the very end of the song, down to 1/4th. This is to help prepare for the final kneeling/half-lunge pose. Added a roll in Edit. Minor changes in other parts of the song, mostly to improve clarity. Thanks to AlienSix for the testing and feedback. Update: Just some minor improvements, mostly adding copy-pasted sections to make it feel more consistent. Totally not because I couldn't nail the burst. Copy-pasted some technical parts to compensate. And I fixed the title. No g's. Another one?: Someone told me the timing of the final knee got borked. Maybe I included an old version in the upload. Is it fixed now? Also added a cosmetic attack for the first jump. It should resolve before the next step. Fixed a doublestep that appeared out of nowhere. |
