The cut seems to be off tempo at Measure 5 / 0'18.201". Either adjust the cut, or change the tempo to 64.2 one beat before it changes to 132.
To prevent this problem from happening again, consider making your cut with a DAW. There are paid options like FL Studio or Ableton, or free options like Mu.lab, and even GarageBand if you're on a Mac.
