[EDIT: THIS REVIEW IS OUTDATED ]
5/10 - The notes do fit the timing of the song, but they're really stop-and-go-ey, which breaks the flow. I know there was a 300-note constraint on the chart, but I could feel it too much; there's a lot of interesting stuff happening in the backing track, like the snare at M20B2 and beyond.
The semi drills (Is that what you call them?) at M7B3½ are kind of uncreative and not very fun to do on a real pad. Either make them drills or full-on streams.
M8B4: The rhythm here could be simplified to flow with the overall melody better.
M17B2: You have some step counts left until 300, so maybe change these shock arrows to taps.
M20B3 - M21B3: This part with the holds could easily fit something more interesting than a slow drill.
M24B3: This pattern feels unfinished.
M33B3: Bullshit. Please remove or change to a normal stream. If it weren't for this pattern, this chart could be a 14.
M27B3 and M29B3: These should be holds like in M39B3.
M39B3 and M41B3: These holds have the same exact pattern; you should vary it a bit.
M43: Is this section meant to have footswitches? The foot alternation is really fishy here.
M46: These shock arrows are a bit pointless.
