| Comments | This song is an iconic gay classic, and every time I hear it, I'm transported to another world. I suspect many gay men would absolutely agree. The powerful vocals and the intense energy of the music always empowered me as a kid and as a teen, sitting on my computer listening on headphones, dancing in my chair. These classics gave me so much energy and so much reason to exist when I was a closeted gay. This song fills me with all the joy in the world and brings me back to that empowered feeling I was not at the time able to outwardly express. |
