The steps aren't bad but the offset was annoying - so as suggested in another comment I changed the steps to improve it:
1. Changed offset to -0.32 (Esc -> Edit Timing Data -> Beat 0 Offset)
2. Added an 8th beat to the beginning of each difficulty except for novice (Enter -> Insert beat and shift down -> 8th)

Pretty nice overall! One small suggestion is to offset it by 0.5 beats so the downbeats are on red notes. Also, I find it synced better with the offset -0.558 and the stops all either 0.1172 or 0.1758.
