Comments | Heavy charted in 2015; Challenge charted in 2016. One day in 2015, I decided to see if I could do one thing. That thing? Why, it was the crazy idea of me stepping (nearly) all of K.K. Slider's music. I started off by stepping my favorite one, even though I only knew what its Super Smash Bros. Brawl remix sounded like for the longest time. Then this audio rip of Animal Crossing: Wild World showed up one day; I downloaded it without hesitation when I first saw it. Before that, however, I hadn't really realized that, in New Leaf and later, all of K.K.'s songs have cover art. You can easily tell where I went from this point. Anyway, the file. HEAVY: This chart really shows that it was my first time stepping K.K. Slider's music. Lots of 16th triplets with occasional jumps? Yep. Freeze arrows going to K.K.'s whistling? Definitely. Occasional mines that go to K.K.'s beatboxing and 'hmph'ing? That, too, although the latter is now a habit of mine when I step his music. Also, the triplets follow simple patterns until the truck driver's gear change near the end. CHALLENGE: Better than the V1, of course. Now the triplets don't follow simple patterns, they have jumps and some freeze arrows going to K.K.'s singing, and there are hands used often. I did this just because I want the new chart here to be lots of fun. Oh, and did I forget to mention the different CD title I made for any of my files relating to K.K. Slider? |
