Ah, I assumed that rule was implying 90's cover songs (e.g. The Man Who Sold the World by Nirvana or I Will Always Love You by Whitney Houston) and remixes. I was thrown off by the fact that the only other remix added so far was contemporary with its main version (the Miami Bass remix of Madonna's version of Don't Cry For Me Argentina was released in early 1997). I suppose as this pack progresses it'll become clearer whether this fits.
