Spork!
Try the custom zip - it has the correct coding. The auto-zipped files change the name of everything which screws up the naming parameters I had in place 
It's why I didn't use the auto-zip feature until people complained recently. I had a lot of issues back when original Encore was being made with people being upset at having to rename everything or grab different .sms (pre-SM5) just to see the graphics.
