Yeah, he can do that. Your steps looked fine from the preview, but totally not a 13.
Also you need to update the ZIP though, it still has the japanese titles.

Ok, just to preemptively fix a problem, you should change your japanese song title to its English when naming the file, because during the Shuffle when someone uploaded a Japanese file name some systems couldn't read it.
