Matsuri (J-Summer Mix) on steroids. this song feels like it's right on the borderline between the ratings here and the rating above them, especially challenge which feels almost like a 16 but is held back slightly closer to the 15 side of the line. the ratings can stay the same, but they do feel like they're all on the borderline. (btw since the song is on the borderline for the difficulties it makes this song feel like a miniboss song)
