I've actually been slowly going through all of my released files and doing a bunch of edits and rerates. The plan is to do one massive update once I actually finish looking at everything (which is going to be a LONG time since progress has been pretty slow - this has been something I've been doing for months now). Bangin' Burst is one of the files I've already looked at - 
got moved up to a 14 pretty quickly. 
is still a 10. Other than a stupidly high BPM, I don't think there's really anything hard about it.
Anyway, I'm already aware of a lot of ratings that should be shifted up and down. It's all a giant WIP at the moment.

beginner feels a bit more of an 11 thanks to the LUDICROUS SPEED making all those 2nds feel like 200 (or 190) bpm 6ths, while basic feels like a 14 for the same speed reason only with 200(or190)bpm-12th-like 4ths.
