I'm playing it on Stepmania 3.9. I just added the lua file into the song folder and I had to manually add the avi video from the song folder. Very nicely done and thanks for adding the whole song.

Yeah, Format3 is only for SM5, since it's an .lua file, which ITG can't read (it reads .xml). It works on OpenITG. But I've heard that people who uses the actual ITG program has problems. I can't really do anything other than go to the .sm, find where it says "Format3" and just delete that text, nothing else, and it should work perfectly.

Great work! Love your steps. I have an issue using In The Groove, though. It freezes and gives me the error, "WARNING: BackgroundEffect 'Format3' is missing." Not sure where I'm supposed to put this BackgroundEffect folder for ITG. Works fine on Stepmania 5, though.

@colleen_13 You need to put this in to the Songs folder in Stepmania. Something like Songs > K-Pop > Gangnam Style

@Gpop With luck it does work on SM3.9. It only tends to crash right before the chorus when that mine to arrow gimmick appears.
