I could extract the file after removing the dot of folder before the extraction. I confirmed this on WinRAR 5.21.

Same here. What is worse, the folder itself is nearly undeletable. I believe this is because its folder name is "g.m.d.", which has a dot at the end. In Windows, dots at the end of folder name will be automatically deleted, but this one has it, so Explorer misunderstands it as a file.
