Wan I find it funny that in both of your simfiles for the contest (this and Mikoriza IV) you write the correct subtitle in the banner (Akiba Koubou Remix) but in the ''transliterated name'' you say ''DJ Command Remix''.

This specific song doesn't sound too much like DJ Command's work. Maybe it's done by other member of Akiba Koubou (that's a studio of many composers)
