I did fix the arrows, it's kinda like "Only You" from 4th mix those 8th notes in that song bugged me so I fixed them, but that's how it is in the game, still doesn't make it accurate though.

All of the 16ths in this song are off-beat. They need to be changed to a 12th or 24th to follow the rhythm. I bet Konami messed this chart up.
