| Comentarios | For the first track of the main label to "Porygon", "Club Duel", and to fit with the second week in the 2021 Summer Contest, I have chosen to chart “Into The Blue by Dolphin’s Mind”.
Dolphin’s Mind was composed of Lotec, and Tolga "Flim Flam" Balkan that produced music between 1997 to 2000. At this time the Dream Dance compilations were charting high in the German market after starting out a year prior in 1996. In 1997, it was time for Dream Dance to branch outside from compilations. They had a string of hits in the German market (The Flow, L’Esperanza, and Believe in You) and a album (Fluid-The Album) that brought the Dream Dance label beyond the compilation market. After their fourth single didn’t chart (La Luna), their label (Adrenalin) folded soon after, but after a year off, they would return in 2000 with this trance tune with a new label (Dance Division). Sadly, even with this beautiful dance track, the lack of a music video meant it didn’t reach the heights of their first outing, and after their next single (Lovenation), the project was stopped.
Even to this day, the Dream Dance compilation series continues to be a consistent hitmaker throughout the German market, but Dolphin’s Mind would be forgotten, until now, where I’ll reintroduce to you to a world of trance. "Join the ride, into the blue".
