Same for me. The .sm and .ssc even show that it has steps. Could be another another troll file of his while he's working on the one he's actually going to submit. That's impressive code manipulation if intentional.

I thought about the possibility of that being the joke, but other than a few mismatched file names in the .sm/.ssc (which I fixed, then refreshed SM and cleared SM's cache and it still doesn't show up) I don't see anything that would stop the file from working.
