Unfortunately so. However, I am running a loser's bracket for this contest for the people that fail to make the top 17. People that never signed up such as you have a chance to sign up and compete too, however only if you successfully submit a file in Round 1! (I.E. You can't sign up for Missed Connections in any future rounds if you didn't join in Round 1 and didn't join the main Battle Royale.)

Hey, Out Of The Circus was NOT a bad file. I think the main issue is that it just takes a while for the stepchart to really get going, although that's more the song's fault than yours. A different cut may have helped here. (I haven't looked for a full version of the song so I don't know how viable a different cut would be.)

By the way, I gave Mitarashi platonic an honorable mention but for some reason Pandy didn't mention it.
