So! Week 1, eh? I kinda just want to see what sort of music y'all are currently into. But that's not really a theme on it's own, so allow to be a tad self-indulgent.
I'll admit, part of what gets my votes in these contests relates to the song length. Too short, and I wish there was more to it; too looong, and it feels like it's dragging on forever. Therefore! Any song will do, so long as:
· Technically, the top limit is 2:00.00, which means it's probably a better idea to not go too far past the 1:59 mark to be safe. If Stepmania shows your song length as 2:00 or higher, I'll be checking for DQs! (And of course, 1:49 or lower too.)
· The limit will go back up to 2:30 after this week. (I mean, that's how themes work so)
· Remember, when uploading, put the theme title first, like this: [Timing Window] - Song Name
· Here's a link to the category until the banner goes up.

I'd be interested in participating, but I was wondering if anyone else agrees that the deadline should be later? I work during the week and sometimes on weekends- if the deadline were later on Sunday it would be easier for me to get in my file as I'd have the afternoon/evening to finish up. This is a UK based site and I'm in the USA and understand the world doesn't revolve around me. Just wondering if that would be helpful for anyone else? No worries if I'm alone in this just asking xoxo
