Currently it only says "the most points at the end of VIP Room will be declared the winner of the 2017 Summer Contest", so anything is possible.

There will be a new leaderboard when VIP Room starts. Everyone in VIP Room once it starts will be at 0. Most points in that will be the winner.

I like most of your suggestions 01angel but this one isn't real great IMO. That's because some people, like myself, are advantaged in having a real common first letter, whereas others like xXMokouXx for example will have a tougher time.
