If that chart you have ready to go is complete and is the hardest chart between you and whoever joins you, then it can't work. The point of this week is to collab on the same chart, not just the same simfile. Otherwise, there is no point when both contributors could have submitted their charts separately.

You could just cut out like half the
chart and have your partner fill in the blanks if you really wanted to. Not really in the spirit of the competition IMO but I guess it's an option if you're really short on time.

Since I have no plans to participate in this contest further and also gone for vacations, I'm officially exiting from this competition. Good luck to all participants who are still involved in this contest.

Feel free to PM me, because I'm a noob.
You know what, I have been focusing more on music production than stepmania's stuff.
I play stepmania rarely and don't focus on my steps at all.

They're late-ish but here are my rankings for [Uncommon Time]
Per usual, PM me for any questions about your file.
I'd like to stream [Summerween] files at some point this week if I have the time, even if I didn't submit, but I've been super busy working on a personal project. If I do stream, it probably won't be until the end of the week.

Well for starters, your BPM was completely wrong.
Flame Dark is not 138 BPM. It's 103.5 BPM, or 207 BPM if you want to double it.
It was something I noticed immediately when I played it and was incredibly suspicious of when I saw why you used those really odd notes to be on timing. To confirm, I just created a new chart for it, changed the BPM to 103.5, and any steps I placed are actually on beat without needing to use anything more than 4ths, 8ths, and 16ths.

Taking 1st Place with 32 Points is... conflict, by Daffa212162! Welcome to the VIP Room!

Whoa, I didn't expect that I get into the VIP room. Actually, during the Uncommon Time voting and Summerween submission week, something happened to me and because of that, I almost didn't vote (and also, that problem that hits me is the reason why I didn't submit my Summerween entry), but fortunately, I found a way to vote and then, I ended up in the VIP room. If I didn't vote for Week 6, well, DigitalBasic would go to VIP room instead of me.
Anyway, I know it's kinda late-ish, but thanks for everyone who support me! I'll gonna appreciate your support. Also, for anyone who haven't to the VIP room yet, just don't give up and keep up the good work. Someday, you can get in to the VIP room.
Uh... Wait! It is too flowery for you? The contest isn't over yet! Just now it sounds like a farewell post, right?!
Anyway, if you're asking to me for a collab, uh... I'm so sorry! I already got a partner by the way! (・ω<) Thanks~!
Good luck everyone!

This actually doesn't matter that much IMO. Even though 103.5 is technically the correct BPM, it's not uncommon to hear a waltz like this as 69 BPM triplets rather than 103.5 BPM 8ths. If she had set the BPM to an even 103 BPM or 104 BPM, that would be a major problem. That being said...

Yeah, those wacko 4th-32nd-16th pseudo triplets are completely incorrect and stupidly hard to time correctly. If you've ever tried playing bag

Even if the rhythms had been stepped correctly, Flame Dark is still littered with tons of double-steps, and for that matter so is Youen Majo -trappola bewitching-. If you want to learn how to step good patterns, I recommend taking a look at these guides that were posted a few pages back:

I looked at the official VOEZ page, and it says "138". I don't know why the game does that.

Damn. Youen Majo -trappola bewitching- was one of the best simfiles I've created. So I didn't get points for that either?

I think it's time to cover some more patterns, including some stuff seen in ECFA. (East Coast FA, for those who don't know)
9. SIDESWITCH
A sideswitch is a footswitch, except it involves switching your feet on the left and right arrows.
Use with caution.
Red will signify left foot. Green will signify right root.
Starting with your left foot:

Example of use in DDR: Come to Life
10. CANDLE
Candles are "crossovers" that don't move your feet to the opposite side.
URDULDURDULD
DRUDLUDRUDLU
Examples of use in DDR: DEAD END
, MAX.(period)
Note: Drawing out patterns for the next two tricks would be a waste of time, since there are SO many examples on how to utilize them. So, they'll be showcased with a simfile by DVogan11. (Mad5cience, from FA & Chill 2)
11. BRACKET
Brackets are when you use one foot to hit two arrows (or both feet when hitting 3 or 4 arrows). These have been increasing in popularity as of late, and I can see why.
12. FORCED DOUBLESTEP
Usually signified with mines, forced doublesteps require the player to hit the next arrow with the same foot as the one before.

How about mentioning this fine little pattern?
LDRRUUL
LURRDDL
RDLLUUR
RULLDDR
I employed it in Seaside Heaven 3000, ABXY, and a handful of other songs I can't think of at the moment. I think it's a fun player's choice pattern, would you spin it or footswitch it?
Oh yeah, also, player's choice jacks. For when hitting several of the same note with one foot at a fast speed (let's say 110 BPM 16ths) may take too much effort for some people, you can instead allow them to footswitch. (there must be an odd number of up/down arrows for this to work)

Ah, a combination of sideswitching and footswitching. They definitely go hand in hand, and like I said in my explanation on footswitches, possiblities are endless, and you've mentioned lots of them. 👌
