Hometown Arcade (Northampton)

Information

Retro-inspired freeplay arcade located on the lower level of the Thornes Marketplace in downtown Northampton, Massachussetts.

Entry is $10 for one hour, or $20 for all-day access. The majority of the games in the arcade are set to freeplay; the only exceptions are the pinball machines that are located to the left of the front desk, which are either 50¢ or $1.00 per play, and the claw machine near the back of the arcade, which is $3.00 per play and set to play until you win. If you are only playing the pinball machines, you do not need to pay for entry. There is a change machine directly to the right of the main entrance for the pins.

Free play entry also gives you access to a variety of consoles hooked up to 7 different flatscreens and 3 classic CRTs, everything from the Atari 2600 to Nintendo Switch 2.
