Talk about the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), The Nintendo 64 (N64), or any of the game boys.

Oh, Super Mario Bros Lost Levels? Try beating it in one sitting without using Warp Zones. It's a bitch.

One of my favorite old-school Nintendo games are Wario's Woods for NES, Super Mario World for SNES, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 for N64 (although published by Activision). There is a lot more classic Nintendo favorites, and there is long ways to go. I wish the Game Boy line continued; the DS series put an end to the Game Boy line (the last game released for the Game Boy line was Samurai Deeper Kyo for GBA).

"MAGGLE" |
Never really did get much games on this one. But we had one of those adapters so we didn't have to pick what kind of game for my NES (I actually had more Famicom cartridges than American ones, I only have Wizards and Warriors as a NES cartridge).
We also (used to) owned a 64 in 1 multicart and all of our gaming periods were spent there. Mom would play Mappy, Maniac Mansion (a different NES cartridge on its own, it later broke down), Nuts and Milk, Dad would play Galaga and Galaxian, older cousin would play Mario, and I would play Star Force, Star Soldier and Gradius.
One of my unforgettable memories was when my older cousin would borrow Contra, which would give me nightmares or Mega Man, which we had loads of fun watching him play. And when my Dad borrowed Warwolf (t'was called Werewolf something over there, I believe?), and we played it. That's where my most unforgettable (and I would say), most embarrassing NES memory happened when this came up.
Its currently at one of my younger cousin's, but it hasn't been used in ages and I wouldn't trust the cartridges (also unused) to still work out of the cabinet-under-where-the-TV-should-be at this time.

Guys, you have to check out playr.org, I was playing Donkey Kong Country in class yesterday. xD Every game is really redone in Flash, so I guess they change the colors to save data space, but if you wanna play a class game, this is the place to do it.

.....welcome to the site.
Please don't bump 1.2 year old threads, however it can slide since that's not a bad website to play old GB games on your browser. Yet, i've got one that's better that let's you play old NES and SNES games on your browser without the need of a ROM, granted you can only play some of the most popular titles, but it also includes some Japanese NES and SNES games as well so it isn't that "biased" over the general Top 20 NES/SNES games category.

Enjoy
