Damn. You'd kinda figure that BZN Napperville would have e-amuse. They had it for the beta, oh well.

Not even the best of arcades can defeat the level of stupidity Betson has attained by not building e-amuse. Cry

At least they HAVE Supernova2, my local arcade doesn't know what the crap is going on, and bought a ton of new units recently, that didn't include SN2. They are still "planning on getting SN2", but we'll see; we got the sync update for SN1 a year after it came out.

"Sarah/Autumn"
You're lucky; my arcade still hasn't gotten the sync update =P
One of the staff said they've sent a request for it and never got anything back.
Play my game Arcana Seal of Rimsala (SNES)!

Paul's Video Arcade in Racine, Wisconsin just updated to SN2 today. I didn't catch the version, but I assume it's the same. It's in Local Mode.

Brunswick Naperville for sure has Supernova 2 upgrade. I also noticed that it's got the E-amuse equipment attached to it, but it doesn't seem to be connected to the internet nor does it show an "Online" status on the Supernova 2 machine. It's in Local Mode.

Does any other Supernova 2 machine have the E-amuse equipment attached to their Supernova 2 machine?

I been thinking why people want so much e-amusement(I know is great)?, but on SN nobody even care(well except for the unlocks) for it.

Just a though, I do want e-amusement as well, but if we get unlocks and no e-amusement is ok as well.

Well, e-amusement would double the amount of songs on the machine, and allow you to save scores (as in SN1).

However, E-Amuse now will also allow you to create custom courses, allow you to play songs in order to unlock noteskins, characters, and courses, participate in countrywide events, and automatically update machines with new features whenever Konami is finished with it.

That's why SN2 with E-Amuse was so much more significant than SN1 with E-Amuse.
Check out my simfiles:
Pulsemix 1st Style (Currently being remastered)
Pulsemix 2nd Style (Complete, 25 songs)
Pulsemix 3rd Style (Ongoing, 19 songs)

It wouldnt double the number of songs, it would add I believe 18 new songs to the machine. and thats not even double the number of NEW songs, since there are 33 new songs available from the start.
Also, the Custom courses has to do with cell phones, and our cell phones are way behind japanese cell phones, and I doubt we would be able to do them.

Starting from the beginning, in order of unlock date:

1. Sunkiss<3Drop (both sides)
2. Moonster
3. Fire
4. L'amour Et La Liberte (Remix)
5. Paranoia Hades (Encore Only)
6. Venus
7. Arrabiata
8. Pluto (Encore Only)
9. Stars (Remix)
10. Bloody Tears (IIDX Ver.)
11. Mars War 3
12. Captivate ~Chikai~
13. Pluto Relinquish (Encore Only)
14. Jupiter, the Bringer of Jollity
15. Saturn
16. Votum Stellarium
17. Uranus
18. Poseidon

19. DYNAMITE RAVE (AIR special)
20. D2R (FREEZE ARROW special)
21. BRILLIANT 2U (STREAM special)
22. B4U (VOLTAGE special)
23. AM-3P (CHAOS special)
24. DEAD END (GROOVE RADAR special)

And then, if you count fully unlocking the boss songs for all stages, that's 27. It's not doubled, but it's pretty close.

Add in noteskins, speed mods, second outfits, and score saving, and that's about double new content for e-amuse.

agree on speed mods. my bro plays on X0.5 and was disappointed when the US version did not get it. How about the Ultramix 4 note skins. I hate them but why not.Smile

According to Metromix Baltimore, Diamond Cinemas Westview in Catonsville, MD has a dedicab (see 4th picture). The theater just opened yesterday, so I'll check it out sometime next week to confirm.

I would like to welcome everyone to the Brunswick Zone in Naperville, Il to play Dance Dance Revolution SuperNOVA 2! This will be the first United States location to offer the e-Amusement Service! Please stay tuned for the exact date this service will start…! This service is not a test, but yet what the community asked for, implementation of the e-Amusement service in the United States!

Sounds great...I sure hope it doesn't get pushed back...
And who is getting this done? Konami or Betson?

No clue, that's all he posted really. I posted a reply asking him if there was going to be a US e-amuse server, so maybe he'll be able to say something about it.

AMAZING. Now if we could just get some SN2's in MN, that'd be fantastic.
