A little something is keeping these files from being socially acceptable; whether it be length, That One Chart, or some other gimmick.
Level 3: Literally Unplayable
Broken charts and impossible streams, unsafe for human consumption. (A lot of "20"s listed here are rated 66 in-game - a special mark for "special" charts)
