This song is the opening of an anime called Monkey Turn, which depicts the travails of Kenji Hatano and speedboat racing. The artist itself is a band, of which one of the members is Yuuka Saegusa, who has sung many other anime themes. Beginner is a simple chart. Basic is taps and jumps with a healthy amount of freezes. Difficult is a moderate chart with 8ths and an emphasis on jumps. Expert is the same, but more of a focus on streams.
