Adjusted patterns in m12-m20 to remove doublesteps and 8th jacks. Crossovers in this part are still present. Re-rated from 12 to 11.
Edit: Changed internal simfile description from "4thMIX is a fantastic and creative mix with no boring charts at all." to simply "Stamina Edit".
