9/10/24 UPDATE:
All charts now have scroll rates to help normalize some of the BPMs and to avoid Blue Note Syndrome. This is all stuff I would have done if Week 4 allowed scroll rates.
Removed four freezes in total. Replaced ending doublesteps with stepjumps.
Nerfed a number of rhythms and patterns to make this overall easier.
