Just a minor nitpick - the filenames in the chart file are incorrect, such as for the video (and some programs on Windows are struggling to process the characters in the directory name)
edit: after fixing the video name, I find that starting it at -5.0 matches the singer's mouth to the song pretty well. It's probably not exact but it's good enough. Thanks for posting this! There aren't enough Mandarin songs in my collection. Now there's one more
