| Comments | The original SOLID STATE SQUAD is one of the most legendary BEMANI tracks of all time in my opinion. 2 of my favorite artists together created one of my favorite songs of all time to listen to. I would have charted it a long time ago, but there are already several files of it, including some from people who I have a lot of respect for (and unlike my last entry, their files are more recent.) Of course, it only makes sense that a remix of said song has to jump across a very big bar to keep up with said song. But the first time I heard this remix, I instantly fell in love. This song appeared first on the BEMANI ULTIMATE REMIXes album and it immediately captured my attention, and I was planning to step it for a while - I wrote a draft for it in the middle of 2021, but struggled with the song cut. Fortunately, it got put into IIDX BISTROVER - and my concerns about the cut were gone right then. A 17 this early was not really planned - but you could view this as one 3 "boss files" from me in this contest... (For a while, I even thought of putting this as my 6th or even final entry of this contest - However, there's some crazy stuff coming up.) |
