I have been enhancing StepMania packages for a long time so I know that commas are to StepMania as asterisks are to UHaul.

I just noticed something! Commas. StepMania reads commas as code. Change the file names to The Take Over The Breaks Over or anything else without commas.

No matter what I do or write in #BGCHANGES, the video doesn't appear. It only appears when I leave that section empty and reload the simfile from disk. However, the site fills that section with wrong code, I have no idea why.
If you have an idea of how to fix that, I would thank you a lot!

Your coding is bizarre. Should be: #BGCHANGES:0.000=The Take Over, The Breaks Over.avi=0.000=0=0=1=====,
99999=-nosongbg-=1.000=0=0=0 // don't automatically add -songbackground-

I think your solution is working because StepMania will play the only video from 0.000 by default. But it makes more sense to code the video as intended.
