I think the rating system is busted. 70.5 is my current rating on this place. I noticed it broke as of late. Not sure what the hell happened...

I don't know what this SC2013 is but...okay.
Pretty solid 7 overall. Nothing really jumps out about it but it certainly fits the bill for what you're trying to accomplish for the rating and considering the song material here you did what you could with it.
One little nitpick on the flow would be double steps - on measure 37 going into 38 you've got something that looks like double-stepping off the freeze because you're pressing the down arrow with your right foot and holding the up arrow with your left. It's calling for the right arrow after that which would spin me backwards if I followed with my left. Not sure if that was intended or not. Same thing happens in measure 45 off the right arrow freeze where it looks like it's a crossover going into a spin, backs up halfway and it doesn't really ever work right leading to the end of the song.
Otherwise, the flow was pretty decent. Didn't really have a problem with the sync or the song otherwise.
