I just checked the ESP chart through this link below and I don't see any error in measures between 93-186 bpm sections.

Maybe your file is outdated. It got updated using DDR X3 AC data since about 2.2 years ago.

In the ESP chart, there's a part in the 93bpm slowdown right after the first 186bpm section where the real chart has a jump but the simfile only has a single step. It's part of one of those groups of 3 jumps.
