I found out what my issue was. I looked into the scc file and noticed the video had to be in mp4. I was using AVI and when I had tested with MP4 I left a space after the name of the video. Sorry for the hassle, Hooky.

I'm using SM5 and I've tried both MP4 and AVI. Videos play fine for other songs so I found it odd that this one alone won't play 'em.

mp4 files only work on SM5 and newer. If you're using something before then (like oITG, 3.9 or its derivatives, etc.) then you need to use the avi files.
