Mine was on the left arrow. I couldn't figure a reason for it. One ghost miss out of 20 dollars worth of playing isn't too bad, though.

I remember exactly how this happened. My shoe got stuck against the metal parts of the pad briefly coming off the down arrow.

Was that a pad miss? I had one on the 1P side at one point, but other than that, the pads were perfect when I was there.
