That's a pretty good pose, especially since your new to Gmod!
Just a word of advice though, use the slider at the top of the face poser to modify the intensity. TF2 models are more sensitive and need an intensity of around 0.15 or so.
Your alternative is to also use HWM models found under Team Fortress 2/player/hwm, but I find the face posing can get way trickier. Although they allow a wider range of expressions.
